Why essential oils?

My cousin introduced the product to us. I was skeptical before but when my sister tried the Young Living essential oils. She let me tried it for free for a month. She was an angel! I became a member last May never regret it since then. The Young Living products are plant-based, chemical-free and non-toxic. What more can I ask for? I was battling a relapse of a long-term illness with exercise, medications, diet and now essential oils. I had a minor surgery and car accident that totaled my car. It was overwhelming stress on top of each other but thanks to my new passion, hobby, and drive that keeps me going.

Initially, I love the idea of diffusing. It was way more than aromatherapy. It was an ambiance of relaxation and spa. It gets you relaxed and stress-free like stress away and lavender oils. It gets you awake, in the mood and energetic like lemon and peppermint oils. It keeps the flies away like purification,  citronella and etc. The essential oils help me to lower stress and control my mood swings.  It affects the limbic system of our brain affecting our hormones, mental and emotional health.

I tried Ningxia Red and Nitro. They are energy booster better than any energy drinks in the market because it contains superfruits, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and flavonoids. It has plum, apricot, pomegranate, blueberry, and wolfberry. The Ningxia Red tastes like a concentrated juice. I usually drink a shot or two of Ningxia chilled in the morning. If I am under the weather, I take a glass.  The Nitro comes in a small toothpaste-like container. It works well when you don’t have enough sleep and you need that boost of energy to keep you going. No crash time after taking Nitro compared to drinking double shot expresso or Redbull! I usually take Ningxia Red and Nitro (both) when I drive Lyft to keep me focused and awake. My next on the line to try is Ningxia Zyng.

Essential oils vitality line are containers with white labels. They are for oral consumption. Lemon and Thieves vitality (a drop or two) in my water to keep you above wellness line. Lemon, Peppermint, and Grapefruit vitality put in an empty capsule for weight management. Digize vitality used for digestive support. Young Living has different vitamins and supplements like Thieves Inner Defense, Master Formula and Mighty Pro for kids to name a few. We use all of them. Use it daily for consistency will reap great benefits. It is not magic that when you use it once and expect results right away. Again long term use and consistency are the keys! These products are not used to diagnose, cure and treat any diseases. 

I do my own skincare products such as lotions, toners, and moisturizers. I used organic ingredients aside from essential oils. Discovering the toxic chemicals inside commercial skincare products, I want to be safe and healthy. Aside from applying oils topically like valor, every time I need a little courage. Lavender and Frankincense oils for great skin. I used Copaiba shampoo and conditioner and dilute them. Young Living has their skincare products for adults, kids, and babies like Seedlings.  Skin is the largest organ of the body so we have to be careful what goes into our skin and into our bloodstream. Read the labels. Download the Think Dirty app and be an informed consumer! 

I do my own cleaning products with Thieves Household Cleaner such as hand soaps, do reed diffusers instead of plug-ins, laundry detergent, heavy degreaser, wood and bathroom cleaners. It is by far the affordable way of getting products free from harmful chemicals. 1 cap of Thieves Household cleaner and fill up with water (distilled if you can). I can clean my apartment staying inside even without enough ventilation with Thieves Household Cleaning products. Household cleaners in the market before gave me an excruciating head tension, so I have to get out of the house after cleaning.  It is by far the best deal out of all Young Living products. All Thieves products can be diluted to make them last a little bit longer.
